This is a 12-week painting course designed for those expressing accomplishment via portfolio review and are atleast 13 years of age and older.  Students will be provided an introduction to the basics of oil painting through color charting and still-life studies, with great exposure to the work of late 19th Century painters.  The bulk of this course will be spent learning to interpret and mix accurate truthful colors with respect to foundational drawing skills.  A comprehensive material list is required as well as extensive assignments beyond the classroom session.

Course meets Tuesday evenings at 6pm between March 2nd and May 25th at the Muéo Arts Studio.
