This beginner’s classical realism course is suitable for adults and teenagers of all skill levels.  Through concentrated studies, our students will build strong foundations in contour drawing, still-life sighting, working with light and shadow, and refining form and shape. We will provide instruction on seeing and drawing, with the expectation that the principles taught will be appropriate for the eventual application of color.  A mastery of drawing provides our students the most valuable foundation for fine art advancement in all disciplines.  Students will work with pencil, and vine charcoal on canson paper.

The course runs from February 3rd through April 28th.  We will meet Wednesday evenings between 6 and 8:30 at the Muéo Arts Studio.
